Nothing but good things to say about JML! Nicki (Office Manager) was amazing! Prompt, responsive and excellent customer service! She was able to have a tech troubleshoot my EV charger within half an hour. Once it was determined that the charger was defective, she helped me get a rebate on a new install which saved me a lot of $$$, and another tech to come install within an hour or so. Everything done within the span of 3 hours from the initial conversation. The techs were also very professional and efficient. Highly recommend JML!

I called around a whole bunch of places and even posted on Homestars looking for an electrician to install my Level 2 Chargepoint charger. Most places quoted around $1000, a few quoted well over $1500. I honestly only went with JML because they had an opening to install the next day. But I'm so glad I did. Other installers said they'd have to drill a hole through the back wall and bring the black cable all around to the front of the house, which is really ugly. The electrician (who's name I unfortunately forgot) decided to go through the ceiling of my finished basement (starting in the bedroom) and carefully fish the thick cable to where it needed to go. It took a bit of effort, but after 3 hours, the job was done and extremely clean. He labelled the panel using a label printer, and tidied up really well after himself. I was also impressed with the communication from Jodi, the Office Coordinator. She was quick to email, and also sent me the ESA certificate and all the forms needed to apply for the rebate. I was going to do that myself, but really nice of her to add that little touch. I've already recommended JML to my friends, but would gladly recommend them to anyone else that reads this.
