Called Performance for a secondary bid on installing an outlet to re-establish power to a PoE switch. The estimator immediately wanted to back track and have their guys diagnose first (I had a separate company diagnose previously). So happy we did that! The original power supply was incorrectly installed, they were in and out in an hour, got the PoE switch back online and saved us thousands!!

We had some flickering lights and had a project to get some outdoor lights installed. We initially reached out two other companies, who were more of a salesman than an electricians/engineers. Those initially reached companies literally tried to get us replaced our electric panel (it's not very old) and they didn't even try to troubleshoot or review in depth to find the source of the issue.

After thinking and looking around, we foumd performance electric, gave them a call and explained what was going on, what we have been told by other companies. Performance electric was extremely honest, where on the first call they said many companies out there try to gimmick and exaggerate the problem, include additional charges, try to replace everything without looking into issues, and sell you overpriced items. Performance electric showed up on time, troubleshooted and reviewed the panel, meter, connections and everything may cause the problem.

We have scheduled the project time with Performance electric as their quote was superb affordable and much more realistic.

Brody and his team member showed up on time, finished the repair, replacement and installation of outdoor fixtures diligently and in timely manner.
They didn't rush the work, they actually paid a lot of attention to ensure quality of work, they answered alp ky questions, provided update step by step, they were extremely kind, friendly and very good attitude (they aren't salesmen, these guys are literally your neighbors) where don't treat you as a customer only, they are also your local services who are like your neighbors.

Besides all of this, the company including the owner, technician and the initial contact lady (I apologize couldn't remember your name) are extremely honest! You do wanna work with locally owned and operated services and business, as well as with honest people!

Please keep up the great honesty, positive attitude and quality of work.
I know I won't call any other electrician again, I found the right people to get electricial services from??????
