Never ever have seen a humble person like Derik. There was power outage in our home, he made sure that work is done properly, went out of the way to reach JCPL and made sure that power is restored back. Highly recommend him.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Derek. We had a whole house generator installed and the whole experience was flawless. Derek went above and beyond what he was contracted to do.When he saw that there were some old problems that needed addressing he just fixed it without adding on to the price. It's hard to find contractors like this! He was reliable , skilled and professional as was his employees. Simply a joy to work with!

This was probably the best experience I had with any contractor. Recently we had a stressful experience: A front porch light fixture exploded and started a fire (luckily, we put it out quickly). The fire did some damage to the house and knocked out electricity to the upstairs of the house. Later on when the Fire Marshall was here to inspect it, he told us we would need an electrician and recommended Derek/ADK who is from the area. I called and, luckily, he was able to come out right away.When he arrived he removed the burnt, hanging light fixture, capped the exposed wires to make it safe, and restored the power to the upstairs of the house. He also offered to come back at no extra charge to install a new light fixture after we bought it. Which he did, and it looks and works great. Afterwards I asked if he could come back do an an inspection, make sure all the outlets and everything else is safe, no fire hazards, etc. Instead he showed me the tool I can get for just $20 bucks and how to do it myselfI highly recommend Derek and ADK Maintenance. Professional, Honest, Friendly, Knowledgeable, charged a very fair amount, and answered all my questions. I hope not to have any more electrical issues, but If I do, I'll be calling him back without hesitation
