I recently had an outstanding experience with Artisan Electric, and I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for honest, no-nonsense electrical service that actually respects your budget and priorities.When I called, I spoke with Mark and explained my situation: my house is from 1978, so I know the electrical panel and breakers really need upgrading, but just can't swing a major project like that right now. I was only looking for a specific fix in the meantime. Unlike every other electrical company I called—who immediately pushed the full panel replacement and made me feel like I was being unreasonable—Mark actually listened and was completely willing to do exactly what I was asking for. No high-pressure sales, no guilt trips about "what could go wrong," just straightforward help from someone who seemed to genuinely understand and want to make things work for me. That kind of respect and flexibility made the whole interaction refreshing and trustworthy.They scheduled Aaron to come out, and he arrived right on time—polite, friendly, and professional from the moment he walked in. I had a really great experience and would always recommend Mark and Aaron at Artisan electric! I called them because I had two outlets in my kitchen that were missing plates, and two of my outlets upstairs didn’t work at all. They gave me a price range up front, verified everything with me before making changes, they were trustworthy, great communicators, and little did I know, they ended up eliminating multiple fire hazards in the house as a result of their findings! Mark was extremely professional, punctual and respectful. He installed an electrical outlet under my sink for the dishwasher. My previous dishwasher was hardwired and he let me know why it needed to be changed. Paying the invoice was easy too!

Installed GenerLink into our service panel, and the finished work was perfect. We couldn't be more pleased with Mark's professionalism and advice with our back-up service requirements. Definitely recommend, and will use for future electrical work.
