Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Disrespectful
This company is an absolute disaster. They promised to come out, never showed up, and never called. I literally lost business because of their incompetence. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said they’d call me back — of course, no one ever did.
When I followed up, they told me there was “nothing they could do.” Then they blamed it on their receptionist, saying he didn’t know the schedule. If that’s true, why are they hiring untrained, unprofessional people who mess up customers’ appointments and cost them money?
This company does not care about customers, does not take responsibility, and clearly has no idea what professionalism looks like. I will never use them again, and I strongly warn others to stay far away.

The lighting installation went perfectly. Their electrician finished everything within an hour and delivered excellent results. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I’m really thankful for their outstanding service. Wishing them continued success.

I’m really thankful for their help last Monday when my circuit breaker kept tripping. They not only fixed the issue but also eased my worries with their professionalism. I have no regrets hiring their electrician. Highly recommended!

This company did exactly what I needed, and their electrician handled my lighting installation with total professionalism. He was skilled, polite, and made the whole process easy and pleasant. The service was definitely a 10 out of 10!

We hired the team for a full-house rewiring and they did a great job. They replaced all the old wires, added new outlets, and made sure everything was safe. The electricians worked in clean phases so we could still stay at home during the job. Now our whole house has steady power and feels much safer.
