I had three smoke/CO alarms installed. Called for a quote on a Monday, they were installed on a Wednesday at the quoted price, which was very reasonable. Eric was very personable and his installer Liam was on time, quick and cleaned up. He also took the old units to be recycled. Definitely a 5 star operation. Thank you Eric and Liam. They listened to my concerns, built a plan, and kept me informed on all the work being done.They coordinatied with Hydro, and worked along other on-site trade crews to troubleshoot wiring and get heat and power restored quickly and professionally to an otherwise destroyed electrical system. Had the brilliant idea to try and install a new ecobee thermostat. This lead me down a long trail of headaches that I couldn’t solve on my own. Thankfully I was lucky enough to come across EJR. They stuck with me even when problem after problem seem to come my way. Due to my furnace units wiring and the ecobee itself, it caused fuses to blow out and a the thermostat to shut off entirely. It was a multi day problem, and these guys showed up everyday to attacked the problem. They even showed up early morning on a Sunday when we had yet another issue with our ac. These guys are great, kind, and get the job done. Can’t recommend them enough, and will call them again in the future.
Erik did some under cabinet lighting in my kitchen and installed a plug for my microwave as well inside our cabinet. The results were great and the lights were bright and beautiful. He left the area clean and tidy and did a great job. So much that my daughter now calls him Uncle Erik.
