I want to share the wonderful experience I had with Les and his crew on Christmas Eve. On December 23rd, our Generac failed to turn on when our power went out. Call to Reliance and they told me no contractor was available to fix it until January 2/26! Booked the appointment as I figured I had no other choice. Later that afternoon, I received a call from Les at Earth Electric (he had originally installed our generator through Reliance a few years prior) who was actually in his car driving to his relative's house for Christmas! Les said he had seen our work order, but his guys were scheduled to be off for the holidays as of that afternoon, however would see what he could do. I got a call later that day stating Les had arranged for Alex to come out on Christmas Eve to fix our generator. Much appreciation to Les and his guy, Alex who fixed our Generac on Christmas Eve, so we wouldn't have to worry about not having any power over the holidays! Very professional and personable people who go the extra mile for their customers! I highly recommend Earth Electric!
