Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Lost power to all of my dining room and part of living room - Light and several electrical outlet plugs were not working (resetting breaker couldn’t solve the issue). O’Neil was quick to find the problem and repaired it/ restore power in no time. From my initial call with a very kind woman over the phone who sent someone right away to the efficient and professional repair; couldn’t have asked for a better service all around. Oniel was the electrician who came to fix an issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his work. He arrived right on time, professional, and treated my home with respect.He clearly explained what the issue was, walked me through how he was going to fix it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We called Powersource Electric based on their reviews. We needed some outlets installed, and two fixtures changed out. 3 outlets needed to be fished through from the basement and added. They called and asked what the job was so they could bring the appropriate equipment and supplies and gave us an hourly quote and we agreed. They showed up on time. They worked really hard and efficiently. Didn’t waste time and completed the job in one day. The price was as agreed to on the phone. They laid down mats so not to leave messy floors, they cleaned up everything and returned furniture to where it was. The job was done really well and clean work. I met the owner O’Neil and you can tell that these qualities matter to him. His reputation is important so his work is done very well and professionally. Trevor was really professional and explained to me that as he was doing the work, he was bringing things to code and making sure the electrical boxes were working well. I felt really confident in his work. Great guys and will call them again if needed. Cannot recommend them enough.
POWERSOURCE ELECTRIC provided truly exceptional service (residential). Starting from my phone contact, I got an appointment first thing the next day. The technician (Trevor) arrived promptly & started his analysis. It turned out to be a very difficult issue - but he methodically worked through the problem. He was polite and professional throughout. He even stayed to help with another small issue - a great relief. I cannot recommended this company highly enough. First rate!!
Ricardo and Ryan were fantastic. Professional, pleasant, and glad to solve a problem. I was happy to have the opportunity to call Powersource back for another job at our house, this time to install a light fixture and hardwire a major appliance in the garage.
