I had work done on our beautiful 1929 farmhouse. It has had several rounds of electrical updates in it's lifetime, and some of the old wiring was making really nervous. Matt and Parker were very knowledgeable and patient as they listened to my concerns, took a look around, and identified what was and wasn't a safety risk. They were able to disconnect the problematic lines (including the one feeding an original well pump) and address the urgent concerns while being very respectful of our budget for this project. I will definitely be giving them a call when we're ready for the next phase of work!

I was very pleased with the work of Mike Jackson, and his associate Mark (don't know Mark's last name). Even though the hot tub didn't work afterward (Mike shared that the circuit is getting 240v at disconnect and at the circuit board in the hot tub - and if they removed the hot leg, the breaker holds, but if they connect the bottom hot leg, then the breaker trips.)

I would recommend Mike (and Mark) to others.

Electrician Michael Hetchler installed dedicated outlets in our basement, one on 1/21/2026 and two on 2/9/2026. He was very courteous and took care to understand and respect our needs. He was thorough in his explanations and in answering any questions. He completed the outlet installations in a timely fashion. When the work was complete, Michael ensured that it was done to our satisfaction and sought our input as to how he could be of better service. My wife and I are very pleased with his work. We would not hesitate to recommend Teague Electric and Michael Hetchler for any residential electrical projects.

The scope of work was to install an exterior breaker box for a hot tub. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the breaker was wired incorrectly, with the hot conductor connected to the wrong side of the breaker. In effect, the unit was wired improperly and required correction.
Update
They found a electrician to come out the same day as contacted about the problem

Additionally, during the installation process, the breaker box had to be repositioned after the initial mounting. This resulted in extra holes being left in the siding, which were not sealed with caulk or silicone to prevent potential moisture intrusion.

When I contacted the company on Friday morning to report the wiring issue, I was informed that the earliest available appointment would be Monday morning. Given the nature of the electrical error, I believe this should have been treated as an urgent repair, with same-day service provided.

Overall, I am disappointed with both the workmanship and the response time in addressing these concerns.

Update: The Owner’s response factually misrepresents the bid and is a further warning for anyone considering doing business with them. The bid clearly states (see attached photo) that wire will pass “into the ceiling” (which is the attic), “across to the back wall of the garage,” and “WILL THEN be housed in PVC conduit,” which would amount to approximately four feet of conduit in total. The quote they reference in the response concerns the surface-mounting of the PVC, when used, and doesn’t supersede the previous statement. Complete manipulation of the facts and no recourse for their error.

Original Review: Don't trust the bid! I hired Teague to do a primary service panel upgrade and install an EV charger. This was a big (expensive) job and I had no intention of posting a public review until they called me in response to a private survey. When bidding the work, I expected to take advantage of the panel upgrade to also have the new EV line pass through the attic rather than have a large conduit run. This was expressly agreed to in the bid (see highlighted language in the uploaded image). However, as can be seen in the pictures of the completed work, the technicians installed a long and unsightly conduit run all the way around my garage. When they responded to my survey comments, they claimed I misunderstood the bid and offered no recourse. Additionally, when the work was completed, several tools and items of garbage were left behind and I had to call them back to collect their things.
