My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. I had a strange outlet at my business that was burning up equipment, and they diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 30 minutes. The electricians who came out were professional, knowledgeable, and really nice. Even before they arrived, the customer service was top-notch—the ladies who answer the phone are so polite and pleasant to work with. I also accidentally missed my first scheduled appointment, and they were kind and understanding, calling me back to reschedule with no hassle (even though I was embarrassed!). Truly a 5-star experience—highly recommend.

Kenny Strange Electric did such a wonderful job helping my mom with her shed. She is disabled and this made such a big difference in her day-to-day life. The team was kind, respectful, and truly cared about making sure everything was done perfectly. It’s not just about the quality work (which was excellent), but also the compassion and care they showed. That means more than words can say. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
7/25/2025 FridayI am updating my review, below, made earlier this week…Several hours after posting my original review, I received a call from Kenny Strange Electric apologizing for the delay. Their proposal showed up shortly thereafter. The estimate was higher than I hoped, but… by the time you factor in labor costs, materials, insurance, overhead, and the years of experience, it was not overly unreasonable.The four person crew ( led by Ms. Tammy) arrived on time this morning, and had a clear idea as to the scope of work. They were professional, without drama, and had all the parts, wire, and connectors needed. They were very respectful and responsive to my concerns and questions. They did an outstanding job. The work was completed timely, and the work area(s) properly cleaned up.I have updated my rating to a very well deserved 5 stars.Finally:In my experience, when it comes to electrical, plumbing, etc., you can have 2 out 3 possible outcomes. Especially with electrical work, given the danger of electrocution and / or fire, I think it unwise to settle for anything less than the best. Rarely , if ever, will you see all three:1. Quality work2. Fast work3. Cheap workKS Electric may or may not be the least expensive, I don’t know! That being said, the quality of their work is outstanding.A. Austin******7/22/2025 Tuesday pI have had Kenny Strange Electric do work for us several times in the past, and have been 100% satisfied. So, when we decided to add additional circuits (for our camper), they were the first company we contacted. Their Project Manager came out promptly and surveyed the work we need, and said he would try to have a proposal ready next day. This was Wednesday, July 2nd. To date, I have heard nothing, even after making two follow up calls. It is now clear they no longer wish to do work for us, which I do not understand, since we paid past invoices immediately, and treated their staff well. I do respect their right to choose who they work with. I only wish they were honest about their lack of interest when I first called, instead of wasting over two weeks of my time.
