This is an excellent company to work with and I highly recommend them. I used Whittaker for a new build and they did a great job with installation. The owner, R.D, was so helpful to me guiding me through the process and products that I needed to purchase. Mid build, I had to fire my builder (which was a blessing) and would have been lost without R.D's guidance. This installation happened during the holidays and they did a great job. The front office staff were lovely and very patience with my questions and many phone calls. Use this company for sure!

Terrible office staff. Terrible communications. Bad field personnel, in communicating with the timeline for my appointment that was scheduled. And a back up plan regarding a doctor visit that I was attending. Which he personally decided to relate to himself, they canceled my appointment while I was away and only chose to call one number. As if hurricane Michael did not destroy our communication systems. “But that’s your primary contact“ I had to cut my day short, to rush home to be here in time, only to receive a message that says “this is Tatiana call me back“ that I’ve been on my answering machine for two hours. And I received the message an hour and a half before my appointment, so it really did me no good.

The next election office I called was VERY professional, and I admit professionalism is lacking in Bay County overall, but after they still tried to justify their bad choices and treatment of me, to them, that was fine. They simply don’t know better nor care.
