Elvis came today to replace a ceiling fan in a bedroom. of course, Murphy’s Law took over, and we found out that the original fan had not been installed properly. Having reviewed the video that came with the fan when I purchased it from Home Depot, I knew that Elvis was telling me the truth. He had to do a whole new install, he did a phenomenal job, and he gave me a break on the price because neither one of us expected this to be an issue. He was very professional, competent, and efficient. He is also bilingual, with a great command for both English and Spanish. I would hire him again to come to work in my home.
