Very professional and very accommodating they went above and beyond for our family
Great company to deal with.Brady Boyd & Dan Boles were really good to deal with as well. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs.
Kaiser Electrical wired our entire home while it was being built which included 400 amp residential service (320 amps), and prewiring for a Generac generator. We had Kaiser install the Generac generator a few years later. Kaiser also wired an outbuilding several years later with 200 amp service. Kaiser is always professional, courteous, neat, and punctual. Kaiser can be trusted to do a great job whether it's a whole house wiring or adding an outlet, light fixture, or ceiling fan.
This is not your normal 5 star review.About a year ago Kaiser did work for me. I had used their services before and always had been happy. Unfortunately, this time there were some mistakes made. The important thing here is that mistakes happen. What matters most is how a company responds.I have never worked with a company that responded so well, promptly, and completely to rectify a problem. They went over and above the call of duty.Kaiser did not charge me for the original work or the rework and made good on everything I asked them for to resolve the situation. I didn't even ask for the original work (which was significant) to not be billed, they did that on their own! I was impressed. Kaiser never argued or debated. The problem that occurred has since become training so that it won't happen again. A company with continuous improvement practices like that is a good one to work with.Other than this mistake, the other quality of the work done on that job and on the work I have had them do for me since that project has been excellent. I will continue to use Kaiser for future work on my properties.
Kaiser won the bid to install more electrical service in my garage in order to support my shop activities. Jake was a really helpful estimator and offered some good ideas to improve my specification. The install team, Chris and Alex showed up promptly at 7am and completed the installation of 7 new circuits in my garage, including a place holder for future EV charger. After the day, I noticed a couple items that I wanted improved, and Mark and team got right to completing these as well. I'm very pleased with how the job turned out and the entire experience working with Kaiser Electrical.
