I had J Hulick Electric move my service box in the basement. They forgot to connect the full 220 volts to my A/C. Oasis subsequently purchased J Hulick, but will not provide help to resolve my problem. I even offered to pay for the service call. I have heard nothing from them in 3 days. If you are looking for a professional contractor, Oasis should be far down the list.
Highly recommend them for any electrical issues.! They were professional and patient, seeing I had no knowledge & had to explain.! They are worth it.!
After losing power to half of the house at around 4:45pm, I called to schedule an appointment. An appointment was made for the following day since they closed at 5:00pm., After discussing the situation, a technician was sent out immediately following the phone call. Chase had the power restored within 15minutes and explained the cause of the issue, was professional, timely, and even changed a faulty switch at no extra charge .It was my first time using Oasis Electric and now they’re the only company I plan to use in the future.
