Due to the way my home was originally built, I was needing some issues addressed before I could install my Ring camera. I had called Oberlander years ago for an issue at my old house, and found them to be very responsive, professional, and affordable. This time was no different. Ray came right out, offered suggestions and alternatives, and gave me an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable.Today, just a couple days after the estimate, Andrew came out and installed my Ring camera - he had to navigate a lighting issue in my front porch ceiling and offered several solutions. His suggestion of mounting the camera at the end of the portico instead of the porch ceiling and pulling power from the porch light was a perfect solution - it offered not only more visibility for the camera, but also prevented the need to run conduit on the outside of the house.Andrew was timely, friendly, walked me through his process, and completed the job in less than half the time they originally though it might take. My invoice was literally less than half of the ball park estimate.I will not hesitate to use Oberlander Electric again - fantastic! Oberlander is in great shape if the rest of the team is like Andrew. Outstanding!
Oberlander Electric Company is truly outstanding! After spending a week trying to find an available electrician—and even getting canceled on at the last minute—I reached out to Oberlander via email. They responded incredibly quickly and took my situation seriously. A truck had ripped out the electrical service from my house, and I urgently needed a new mast, weather head, and meter base to restore power. They sent Jake out right away, and he did an amazing job. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with great care. He went above and Beyond! Jake stayed with me until the lights were on in the house. I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ll definitely be calling Oberlander again for any future electrical needs!
Oberlander is awesome! At a time when basically no electricians are doing residential work, it’s so refreshing to have a company that actually gets back to you and is kind and transparent in the process. We got scheduled very quickly through Ed, who did a great job of getting a handle on what the problem might be. He was very open with labor costs and how much it might be to get it looked at/fixed. Then, we were able to get Andrew out to help us within a very reasonable time frame, and he was just the nicest guy imaginable and very efficient and transparent. I definitely know who we’re calling for any future issues!
I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I had a utility pole taken out by a tree. It was definitely an emergency situation. Brock Burnett was there just 45 minutes (maybe less) after I contacted them. He looked at everything and the guys were dispatched after a very short time. I want to say Thank You to Andrew, Kyle, and Jake for there incredible hard work getting everything back up and restored for me in the same day! They were informative, helpful, and just great guys! I really am so very thankful! They had a difficult driveway to maneuver and cold, windy conditions, but they worked hard and made sure my power was back up and running, before they left!
