Grid Titans had to step into a solar project late in 2025 after I was dropped from another provider that I had been working on a proposal with since Sept 2025. Not only did they jump right in, they beat pricing and got the system installed by the end of 2025 to protect my tax credit! The have always been responsive on any issues and have great customer service.
I spoke with Jessica Schroeder from Grid Titans on the phone regarding my solar setup and PPA agreement through another installer to add insight into what exactly my system was producing and what I most likely was paying for. She was very friendly, helpful, professional, and understanding to all of my concerns in regard to my current setup. She did everything she could to assist in handling my confusion with my solar situation and even gave me a follow-up call the next day to check-in with me. She was very honest and patient throughout both phone calls. I would recommend this company if you’re considering going solar and looking for honesty and integrity in customer service.

I was recommended to Grid Titans from a friend who recently did a new build. Within 5 minutes of reaching out to Grid Titans, they got back to me and scheduled a time to come out on site the very next day. Working with Naaman and Jessica was very easy as they walked me through the whole process and answered every question and concern. From the first day of reaching out to complete install/final inspection was about 2 months. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for solar. The price was fantastic compared to other quotes I received and the overall service and experience was phenomenal.
So this company was referred to me by another contractor I work with and they said great things. So I had to leave my experience. I ended up working with them on a small project and after seeing how well they know their stuff. I ended up using them for the rest of my other contracts.
