Albert from Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro arrived on time and was extremely patient while I coordinated with movers and a cable technician who were also working on my project. He installed an additional Wi-Fi doorbell chime, several new wall outlets, a panel surge protector, and a new TV wall mount. He also removed an existing wall-mounted TV and bracket. When I realized I had purchased the wrong light bulbs for my automated track lighting, Albert went to the store to select the correct ones and installed them—even working from a ladder due to the ceiling height. He helped integrate the new doorbell chime into my home security system and went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve issues when I couldn’t get the new components to connect, despite my familiarity with my home automation setup. Albert was calm, professional, and very patient throughout the process. He took the time to clearly explain the cost-versus-benefit of his recommendations and even suggested a Mr. Electric discount program that costs less annually than the savings it provides. I would absolutely recommend this service provider and give Albert five stars without hesitation.

Albert came to our house to change our six co2 alarms. Polite, on time, efficient and knowledgeable , he installed our devices and showed us how to test them.
