Definitely a 5 star experience with this company, from the initial visit to quote the job to the job being completed.I had about 18 pot lights replaced in the basement, a new outdoor socket installed & an outdoor light fixture with interior switch installed.Everyone I dealt with, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work, were friendly, informative & respectful.Elliot & Ethan completed the work efficiently & thoroughly & made sure to clean up after they were done.I would recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done.EDIT- I had Capt Electric back to install a new panel and, once again, was impressed from start to finish. Elliot & Merrick (sp?) were quick, thorough & efficient. They labeled every breaker & showed me everything, including the surge protector. Definitely 5 stars!
Captain Electric replaced an existing bathroom exhaust with a new whisper quiet unit. Terayus was incredibly professional, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. He explained what he would need to do to complete the work and installed my new fan with efficiency. I will absolutely work with them again on future projects and I highly recommend Captain Electric.
Captain Electric has come to my home a number of times over the years. It is always excellent.Terayus and Elliot were an absolute pleasure to replace my smoke detectors and replace an outdoor outlet. Fast, professional, neat and very polite and affable. Cory was very friendly & professional, he explained everything in detail regarding adding outlets to the exterior of our house and gave us a pricing for the work at the same time which was great as we didn't have to wait a few days for a quote. We were also able to schedule the work for the installation of the outlets on his initial visit as well. On installation day, Cory arrived at our house at the expected time and completed the outlet installation in a timely manner. The outlets look great! I would recommend Cory and Captain Electric for any electrical work.
We have used Captain Electric a few times in the past so we called on them again to install two chandelier lights in two very high ceilings (foyer ceiling 18' and the other ceiling over 12'). Our electricians, Cory and Ethan, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They installed the lights in less time than we expected and also went the extra mile to help us sort out an issue we had with two dimmer switches. It was easy to book service and we received timely reminders about our appointments from the office.
