My Saturday of Labour Day weekend started off at quarter to 5 with a neighbor pounding on my door because my hydro meter was on fire.After the fire department departed, the utility cut off the power and left me to sort out repairs.I started phoning around. As it is a holiday weekend, options were limited.Eric from EPN Electric answered the call. After listening to the situation, he said he could take the job and that I should have power restored in time for dinner.Eric showed up on time, and got to work. In just a few hours, he had removed the charred remnants of the meter and base, the scorched and melted wiring and replaced everything with new. The workspace was left clean & tidy and we were just waiting for the utility to return to reconnect (which Eric arranged for).The utility arrived, inspected the work and had me reconnected all in time for dinner.I will be using Eric for my future electrical needs.
