Eric is a fantastic electrician! He was able to diagnose and fix my long-time electrical problem in mere minutes and also gave me helpful advice on other potential issues around the house. I was very impressed with his skills and depth of knowledge. Eric is also very COVID-conscious and took all the necessary precautions that I was looking for to protect the seniors in my house. Highly recommend Eric for your residential electric needs. We had an issue that needed to be addressed and found excellent reviews on our neighbourhood Facebook group. We reached out to Eric who was able to facilitate our call for service the next day. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix work which was done incorrectly. My Saturday of Labour Day weekend started off at quarter to 5 with a neighbor pounding on my door because my hydro meter was on fire.

After the fire department departed, the utility cut off the power and left me to sort out repairs.

I started phoning around. As it is a holiday weekend, options were limited.

Eric from EPN Electric answered the call. After listening to the situation, he said he could take the job and that I should have power restored in time for dinner.

Eric showed up on time, and got to work. In just a few hours, he had removed the charred remnants of the meter and base, the scorched and melted wiring and replaced everything with new. The workspace was left clean & tidy and we were just waiting for the utility to return to reconnect (which Eric arranged for).

The utility arrived, inspected the work and had me reconnected all in time for dinner.

I will be using Eric for my future electrical needs.
