Horrible service from this company, they came for a consultation for my breaker and when I tried booking with them they game me the run around for about a week. I ended up booking with “SOS electrical” instead. They came checked out my breaker and fixed it the same day. Saunders electric finally decided to call me back. I informed the receptionist that I went with a different company due to the unprofessionalism. The receptionist was rude and argumentative. because I went with another company. My sister let her know that we weren’t interested in their services. Then they ended up sending us a bill. Horrible service would not recommend. If you are looking for electrical work SOS electrical has optimal services.
These guys saved me twice with AC and furnace parts I couldn’t find anywhere else. Also helped me on some basics I needed to know to get it successfully installed. Recommend.

The manufacturer said the part I needed wasn't available. Then we went to Saunders Electric Ltd, they searched their suppliers and they were able to find it. We picked up the part 2 days after we ordered it, and it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend going to them.
I needed a furnace inducer motor which had to be ordered but was here in two days , I cannot thank Saunders electric enough for the fantastic friendly service , plus being able to buy from and support a local business makes the biggest difference , I give Saunders a 100% perfect score
