I was walking by my trailer and noticed there was smoke coming from my house receptacle and my trailer cord. The cord has melted and the prongs fell out while one prong was still in the plug smoking away. I phone the office and was told an electrician would get back to me. Expecting the call in a few hours or the next day, I called another company. Colin Stonehouse returned my call with in minutes. I explained the situation and he had put me at ease with the damage I had done. Remedy Electric replaced the receptacle, fixed my trailer cord and install a new breaker and 30amp plug into the side of my house. Their professionalism, speed and efficiency, and supporting the future ideas for my home were exceptional.

The service was so professional and prompt that the next time we needed service, we immediately called Remedy. Colin and his team wired our septic system and we're ready for inspection with all electrical services supplied exactly as promised. The price was good and the service was great. The technician even tidied up after all his work, something many don't do. A+++
