I was walking by my trailer and noticed there was smoke coming from my house receptacle and my trailer cord. The cord has melted and the prongs fell out while one prong was still in the plug smoking away. I phone the office and was told an electrician would get back to me. Expecting the call in a few hours or the next day, I called another company. Colin Stonehouse returned my call with in minutes. I explained the situation and he had put me at ease with the damage I had done. Remedy Electric replaced the receptacle, fixed my trailer cord and install a new breaker and 30amp plug into the side of my house. Their professionalism, speed and efficiency, and supporting the future ideas for my home were exceptional.

Remedy Electric was very responsive to our needs for an emergency electrical repair. They rearranged their schedule to get us back up and running which took several days to complete.
