When I needed a mini-split for my garage, they provided not only the best strategy for connecting the unit to the condenser, but a reasonable price, and they got the small job done within days. The permit took a while to get through the County process, but they were on top of this and made whatever adjustments the permits guy requested. AWESOME!My only issue is when I asked for plumbing assistance on a very minor toilet flushing issue (needed a new lever that costs about $20), they charged $95 for just coming to my house and was going to charge almost $300 for work that only took 5 or 10 minutes. What?He ended up charging a bit less, but I learned my lesson that you should always ask if there is a fee for just coming to a place and how much it costs for a simple replace of a lever. Ugh. Painful experience!
