Bernadette Kutch on Austin Electric

The two men from Austin Electric were very professional, thorough, and had pleasant personalities. They did a fantastic job of replacing the old electrical line that ran from our house out through the backyard and to our garage. They were very efficient, and actually got the work done in less time than originally estimated. We are very appreciative of their work and will be recommending them to anyone we know who is looking for an electrician. Thank you!

From our initial contact with Austin Electric to the completion of the project, my husband and I were very pleased with the experience. They were very timely with an estimate, made appropriate suggestions, and kept in constant communication regarding parts/fixtures on order. Zach worked diligently to schedule our projects according to our convenience, Ryan offered valued suggestions and insights during the estimate, and Franklin demonstrated professionalism and knowledge during the installation. Appreciate the fine work ethic and clean-up process on the “install” day. We will definitely use Austin Electric again in addition to recommending them to others. Thank you for caring about customer satisfaction.

Alyssa Katz on Austin Electric

The receptionist or office manager is AMAZING. I called not even really knowing what was going on. Long story short, my well pressure pump stopped working. Had a plumber come out and he quoted me $8,100 for a new well pump and I almost paid it except he mentioned, “the lines are dead, there’s no power going to it”. So I thought, let me call an electrician just to be safe. Well the receptionist had someone out at my house literally 45 mins later even though they were totally booked that day. She said she’d talk to some people in the office and see what she could do. The service tech was kind and professional, best part- had everything working in about 10 minutes and saved me 8k. He explained exactly what happened and how to prevent it in the future. These guys are the real deal. Good customer service is hard to find but, customer service that goes above and beyond? That’s priceless to me. Austin’s is exceptional!

This was my first time using Austin Electric. Upgraded my service from 100 to 200 Amp. The guys were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. Outstanding work. I had received three quotes and their pricing and material used was better than the other two quotes.

Joseph Bonnette on Austin Electric

This was my first time using Austin Electric. I have had so so experiences with other electricians. Austin's upgraded my service from 100 to 200 Amp. The young men who did the install where extremely professional, worked hard, and were polite. Dave the owner answered all my questions and the upgrade went off without a hitch. They did a clean job and what a difference the upgrade has made. In addition, I received three quotes and their prices were inline with the others if not slightly less. I will definitely use Austin Electric in the future.
