We had Carter Electric do the hook up for our new hot tub on Tuesday May 5, 2026. Working with Tony to set up the time to coordinate with the delivery of our new tub was very easy. They arrived right on time and Kyle was very efficient in getting the work done quickly. He asked us how we wanted the set up to look like (views, etc.) and went right to work. Carter Electric's charge for the job was also a pleasant surprise! We would definitely use them again for any future jobs.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, the owner was able to narrow down my electrical issue over the phone and gave me a reasonable quote to fix the issue. Suddenly changing to Electric Vehicles created a rather urgent need for new plugs in our garage. We have used Carter Electric in the past with great results, so we called them again. Only two days later, the crew went to work and despite needing a panel modification and multiple wire runs, in just a few hours the plugs were in and working perfectly. And at a very reasonable price. Put them at the top of your list of electricians. For that matter, just delete all the others. You won't be sorry.

From the initial quote being provided within hours, to follow up questions being answered quickly, it was a pleasure.Our job was a bit difficult, especially given the location, however at all times Carter electric worked with us to ensure that expectations were met.
