Good afternoon,I had a mixed experience with Elite, I reached out on a weekend to schedule an estimate for a job I needed done. The guy was great but told me to call back on Monday for that kind of call. So I did and explained what was going on and was told someone would be out and to send some pictures so they could get an idea of what I was talking about, I did. Guy came out we talked about the job for about 20, 30 min maybe. All this seemed great.I got a couple of estimates in an email and it was out of my price range. So I had to decline both of them. Almost immediately got a call from reception, and she just wanted to verify I said yeah I'm going to get a couple of more estimates and she said ok and that was it.Then I got a bill for a service call.... the problem was this was a surprise because up until now I thought the estimate was free and was not told of any charges. So I called to clear it up what I thought was a mistake. But I was met with rudeness, and disrespect the person lost their temper said I was calling her a liar when I honestly don't remember being told of the fee then she hung up the phone on me. She said she didn't have anymore time to talk to me and had to get back to work...Other then that I think these guys are great, the person originally on the phone the tech that came out to do the estimate was really great too. And the owner seems really nice from what I read. I would feel totally comfortable having work done by this company, but not reception.
