In reading the reviews for this company, I decided to contact them to schedule an installation of ring cameras. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and we scheduled on my timeline. I am excited for them to complete this project and will forward an additional review after they come out.
I had trouble getting any other electrician out to my home. The owner reached out to me after there was a misunderstanding and got me scheduled. The problem ended up being an easy fix and he didn't even charge me. Very professional and nice. Will use them in the future.
I have used Burnett multiple times in the past 6 years and they always provided outstanding service. I recently called (twice) to schedule a visit for several projects and I can't even get anyone to call me back. The calls go into the black hole of their answering service. Would no longer recommend considering them at ALL.
So happy with our service! Alex was friendly easy to work with and had great communication! He went out of his way to help us every way he could. Definitely will use them in the future!
We highly recommend this company. It’s very challenging to find a reputable contractor. Extremely impressed with Adin’s experience, professionalism and workmanship. He notified us when he was on his way, troubleshooted our dishwasher, circuit breaker and outlet since the dishwasher kept shutting off. We really appreciate his attention to detail and expertise. He also did a fantastic job installing our 72 inch fan.
