I had been without power for an entire week, and NV Energy kept insisting the fault was on my end, facing me with a repair bill of thousands. Craig and his crew arrived and were the definition of professional. While I was stressed and desperate, Craig stayed completely calm. He knew immediately the utility company was wrong. He got on the phone with them while I was on the line, and his technical expertise was undeniable. In less than 30 seconds, he had them backing down and "fixing their issue." The DC Electrical team was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, great customer service and prices were really good. I was adding in a power station for my EV which required some changes to my panel. I was thinking about higher level work to be done but they showed me my requirement didn’t need as much work as I thought. Even though they be happy to do the work I first thought I needed they provided what I needed for cheaper cost. This was the second time I work with DC and both times they been amazing to work with. They will always be my first choice for electrical work for my home.

We had DCE install out In home tesla charger last year. Everything ran smoothly from scheduling to finished install. A year later our Tesla charger had an error code. Called DCE & they came right out to assist in finding the issue. Thankfully it was the tesla charging Unit itself. Craig & his team were very helpful in going out of their way to inspect the electric side & even help us brain storm what could be the issue. We got our new unit & was successfully installed by DCE. Thankful to have a wholesome company that shows care in the services they provide to our community. & Craig’s Tesa knowledge is deff a PLUS !
