called on a Monday at 8:30 AM to see if I could get an appointment for someone to come by and fix an electrical outlet that quit working. got called back in about 30 minutes and had someone here at 9:30! that was lucky! got everything done by 10:15. friendly, fast, professional and very reasonably priced. US Electric are now my go-to electricians.
I am very pleased with the service i received. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Mark about the electrical problem. He called me first thing Monday morning and sentout the techs within 30 minutes. I have never had such a quick turnaround in my life running a household. Jacob was very informative, respectful, patient, and went above and beyond. His helper Jason was excellent as well. I will be getting other sockets upgraded in the future, and I will request Jacob again. I have already referred this company to my friends. My family was the one who recommended this company.
