We initially reached out to James, the owner, to help with some electrical work our home needed. Our house is over 100 years old, so safety was a big concern. From the start, James was incredibly thorough and detailed when explaining the costs and what the process would look like, which we really appreciated. We wanted to update all of our electrical outlets with GFCIs since the existing ones were outdated and felt unsafe. We also asked to add few new outlets throughout the house because too much was being powered by extension cords from only a few sources.Dustin and Jonathan, the electricians who completed the work, did an amazing job. They were kind, professional, and made the installation process smooth and efficient. We were extremely pleased with the quality of their work and how quickly everything was completed. We’re already looking forward to working with them again on our next home project and would absolutely recommend them.
I needed to upgrade my panel to 200 amps, and after a lot of research, I decided to go with Infiniti Electric-and so glad I did! I didn’t know what to expect, but James and his team were exceptional from start to finish. I called them on a Friday night after I got home from work. They answered my message quickly and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon (Saturday). I had an AC issue I suspected was an electrical issue. James checked a few different things, found the issue, and it was fixed quickly. Thanks to James and the Infinity family we are enjoying the comforts of home again. I will be calling them again if something should come up.
If I could give Infiniti Electric Inc. more than five stars, I would. I had other well-known electrical repair companies out to try to diagnose a panel issue, but only Infiniti was able to troubleshoot and repair the problem within two hours. These guys are amazingly talented electricians and their price was very fair. I would not hesitate to call them again for any type of electrical repair issue. These guys are Rock Star Electricians!!!
