You’ll want a quoteAfter using this company happily and successfully the last few years, we made the decision to use them again for a job of upgrading existing lights and bathroom fans. We failed to request a quote. The electrician did a fine job. It did take him all day, 8am to 3:30pm (then had one last thing to finish the following day for 1hr. 7 lights, 2 bathroom fans) He did make an error, popping a hole in the drywall ceiling and not offering to repair it. We were emailed our bill with the expectation of around $1,000, just labor, no parts. We provided the new lights and fans. To our shock, the bill was upwards of $2100! We asked for an explanation, as all work was the exchange of previous lights and fans. The owner proceeded to tell us each fan replacement was over $500 for service. After plenty of frustrations and emails, we failed to make head way. We’ve paid our bill and we’ve sadly sworn off this company for any future work. We’re also in the process of repairing the hole the electrician left in our ceiling.
Rob and his team were wondering to work with and did a great job installing our ev charger. They went above and beyond anywhere they could. For example, I was worried that our child might play with the EV plug and get shocked. Rob found a child safe lock to put over the outlet to prevent a shock. They were also competitively priced.

I am a very picky retired aircraft mechanic (Airframe/Powerplant Rated). Back in 2022 I had Electrical Solutions add additional electrical outlet to my finished garage at my home in Northwest Rochester along with the wiring & installation of an outdoor light over the rear garage service door with an indoor light switch. The electricians arrived promptly, completed the job in only a couple hours and their workmanship was excellent. Also, their price was lower than anticipated. Remembering that positive experience, yesterday, 15 minutes before they closed for the day, I called to inquire about having them come to my home to inspect my DIY installation of a small 220-volt wall heater due to my home is currently for sale.The owner, Rob, answered the phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I'm 68 and have to admit I thought old-fashioned, authentic customer service like I received from Electrical Solutions had vanished forever. I was wrong! I will not hesitate to use them for all of my future electrical needs. Thanks Rob!
