Paxton Electric installed baseboard heaters in our solarium. The initial installation appeared correct electrically, but the units were not producing expected heat output. After further follow-up and additional troubleshooting, the team returned and identified a wiring configuration issue that was promptly corrected.Once adjusted, the heaters performed as expected and the space is now heating properly. I appreciated their willingness to revisit the work and ensure the system was functioning correctly.
The gal who answers is very nice. The young man that installed an over the counter knew what he was doing. Good job. My concern is that it took him 1/2 hours & the cost is $250.00. Wow! I should get my granddaughter to stop Nursing school and become an electrician. But, if this is the normal cost, then I would go through this company again. The owner had written me back. Now, I’ve became aware that there were other charges other than the work itself. I wish I would have been given the cost before the work was done. Then I could have shopped around.
Very impressed with Paxton. I needed an outside electrical outlet installed. I left a message for an estimate and received a fast response from Paxton's office manager (very polite and efficient). I felt the estimate was fair, the job was booked within 2 weeks, and I was very satisfied with the work that the guys completed. They were punctual with the set appointment time and pleasant as well.
Paxton met with me several times at the house to go over details and adjusted the bid as needed. Quality work performed by a good crew who also cleaned up well after the work was completed and did an amazing job on the visual aesthetics as well as the functional part. I’m very satisfied.
