"I just got this old house, and I'm scared of the outlets."My family just bought an old house, and the electricity is way out of date. As first time homeowners, we have no idea what is going on. I called Lon Lockwood with that small comment, unsure of where to even begin with my electrical concerns.This place has been so great so far that I'm almost in tears. Jess and Sarah at the office are so understanding and knowledgable! The electricians are just as incredible. So far, I've worked with Dan, and he's been kind to my sisters and I. We ask a million questions, and they have a million and one answers!They offer financing, which is extremely helpful. When I didn't get approved for the full amount needed, they helped me find a way to plan out how to get what I needed done safely, and within a reasonable budget.Whenever I need electrical work done, it will be through Lon Lockwood. They have made something scary feel like something doable for me and my family.ETA: Today, they did the actual work on my house. I'm so happy with it! The light in my room no longer flickers! The outlets don't look scary! Will absolutely be using them again soon, and recommending them to all the other people in my circle buying fixer-uppers.
good work and came out when we really need them . fusebox went bad with water in it. they replace it same day then came back to update outside.
Shane was amazing!!! So respectful, friendly and very upfront. He gave great feedback and advice. Cleaned up the areas he worked in. Very patient while we explained what was happening, since our home is a blend of 1920s and 1950s along with home improvements over the years. We would strongly recommend this company and the customer service before arrival and after was a wonderful!!! Not something you get anymore. We were extremely satisfied!!!!
Communication was spectacular. From the estimate, through booking actual work, until day of job! Dan was our guy through the process; was professional, attentive, friendly & thorough. We had an old chandelier removed then replaced with a beautiful new fan/light fixture on a sloped ceiling. Dan assembled the fan right out of the box, corrected the bracing inside the ceiling, installed then updated the power source. We also had a faulty switch for our recessed kitchen lighting changed out to an even nicer one. Overall, the experience was seamless and pleasant. Highly recommend.
