Russ and his team do a wonderful job at what they do. They are courteous, timely, and professional. They installed the electric for my pool last year and it has been great. I had an issue with the switch and Russ was on it in no time. He got back to me promptly, returning my call/texts, and was out himself to make the repair. Amanda at Loria Electric helped me to understand my electrical situation and patiently guided me through the steps I needed to take to address my issue. Even when it became apparent that I would need to use a different company, she went beyond her job and gave me a referral as well as specific instructions to get the best outcome. Though Loria was no longer involved with my electrical issue, I went to Amanda at least twice after that to help answer some additional questions I had; she followed up twice after that. I’m impressed with the caring nature of this company that their rep Amanda displayed, and will be sure to go to Loria for any future electrical issues.
Russ and team are total professionals and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for electric work done on their home. Huge props to Amanda in the front office who was extremely responsive and helped us through our situation (she's also super friendly!).We came to Loria after purchasing our house and finding out that we had didn't have the appropriate service line running to our home. (The sellers who flipped the home neglected to upgrade the service from 90 Amps to their 150 Amp panel). Russ worked with us to get our 1920s home updated to 200 Amp service & it was a pleasure working with him. Can't recommend them enough.
