He does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it and he does it right every time. If you ask questions, he takes the time to thoroughly answer them. AAA was quick to respond to our request for service. Dylan showed up right on time. Went straight to work and kept me informed as to what he thought the problem was and what he was doing to resolve the issue. We had a series of lights not working. It was a complicated matter and he stayed at it though numerous trials until resolved. This was the first time we used AAA Home Services but they will be the only call we make in the future.
Dylan did a good job, was quick, friendly and professional. He did have to come back the next day but it was no fault of his own. He replaced a few bad parts and was done in minutes. I really appreciated AAA and Dylan comong back out to fix a few things the next day.
AAA shines again !!!! Had Brian come to our home and put some outlets in floor. May seem like an odd request, but the outlets for our lamps near our couch were just to far away. We have a finished basement and Brian worked his magic and didn’t not have to cut the basement ceiling. What a tremendous relief that was. I don’t know where AAA Finds these guys , but you must cultivate them or something. lol . Plumbers, HVAC , electricians have all been fantastic. Happy Holidays to all of you and your family ??
I have used AAA for years, I have the membership which pays for itself with free HVAC cleaning twice a year. This call Brian came out. I was a little hesitant at first, as I was used to working with another electrician they had. That I all changed when I met Brian. He was very friendly and professional. He knows what he is doing!!!! I had several indoor outlets that were loose in the socket, Pool outlet needed new housing and a new line 220v to the outside of my house to plug my camper in. We are having a friendly discussions and Brian is just kicking these things out while we talk. He finished up the outlets and had to come back to run the new electric line. Next week he arrived on time and went to work. He ran the line and installed the new box, ( I should of had 110 added to the outside box too). Cleaned up and did a professional job. He was worth every penny.I have a rehearsal room where when singing on a microphone are lips would get shocked. I called AAA and another gentleman came out, and it was Brian's father. What a great guy. He was able to find the issue, (open ground) and fixed everything. No more electric lips when singing! What a great team. I will use them again, and again!!! If you ever need and electrician this is who I trust. Don't hesitate, give them a call. They usually can come out in a day our two.
