We had a great experience with them. We had the top recommended companies come out and give us quotes, all were around the same final price points but with different itemized prices. We picked connections because of how thorough Tom was during the quote assessment. He really took his time, asked all the questions, and took a bunch of pictures. The others who came out were very quick, one dint even look at were out generator switchback was going to go and was here for about 2 minutes.The day of install went smoothly and made sure we understood how the switchback functioned, they even had enough time to add 2 outdoor outlets for us! Would definitely call them again and recommend to others.
From the moment I called everyone was very professional, kind and understanding. They worked with us to get to our home the same day as our 86 year old father lives with us and he had no heat in his room. They don't charge you an initial fee plus hourly rate. That was fantastic! I would highly recommend and they have all our future business!
The quality of their work is excellent. Amber in their office is great to work with. There was a communication issue for scheduling in a 2 part install that left me without heat overnight on a night that was 30 degrees and that was disappointing and less than comfortable.
