We've used Mr. Electric for the last 9 years and every time the electricians have been the nicest guys. Today Chris came to the house to help with a couple electrical repairs. From the moment he walked into the house he was engaged, pleasant, professional and detail oriented. He carefully inspected the areas needing repair, provided an estimate and a safety report and completed the work quickly and efficiently. There is no hourly charge, just a flat rate for the services needed. There was no pressure to add on any other costs and he gave complete explanations for the work done with a visual of what he found and how he fixed it. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Chris and would definitely use this company again, requesting Chris if possible. I will add that when I made the appointment the person handling the call was professional and pleasant and I received several email/text reminders prior to the appointment day. On the day of the appointment, Chris called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly when he said he would. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Salem. Great company, great service and people who are easy to work with and do what they say they will do without any effort to upsell.
I got some back patio lights and a fan installed, in addition to a Tesla wall charger on the side of the house near the driveway, and a surge protector in my breaker box. Matthieu with Mr. Electric did an excellent job with each of these installations. Very happy with their work, and competitive pricing.
