Always a great experience with Black Diamond. Austin reviewed the projects on hand and discussed in depth with me future projects that I had in mind. He explained everything and made recommendations to save me both time and money. We’ll combine some items in the future. Current project was taken care of in a professional manner and 100% pleased with his work. Black Diamond is my go-to for all my electrical work.
Great Service, we have used Black Diamond multiple times for multiple things and I have no complaints. We worked with Daren Anderson today and he communicated clearly, took the time to take to me and my husband, made sure he took care of the issue and any issue that may come in the future! This is two reviews in one:First, Ryan fixed our electrical in December. We had several issues and he fixed them all in one shot for the same, very reasonable price. He was pleasant and funny and great to talk to. Will definitely ask for him next time.Second, Jaden just did our HVAC tuneup. He did a great job for an extremely reasonable price and gave us several options for services with zero pressure. He had excellent ideas for how we can extend the life of our system and improve our internal air quality.Would definitely use these two awesome service technicians in the future.
Well, we had a job to reroute pipes for outdoor water spigot which involved cutting pipes and capping, finding a new way to pipe to the outside. Plus received a new toilet. Our house was built in the early 1940's so we have old stuff. I am detailed oriented and had many questions once the work was started after receiving the quote. (I think the price was definitely fair). I appreciated the receptivity of Luiz father of Santiago who both came as the plumbing duo warriors. Luiz, I hope that's how to spell his name, stopped what he was doing and explained / answered my questions. He was in no rush and looked me in the eyes. A genuine person. I had so many questions which he answered and was detail oriented. I've had other house repairmen who really don't want you to bother them. Santiago, of the duo, was a quiet worker with a great smile. It's a great opportunity for him to work along side his father and learn a valuable trade. The one glitch is my husband has told someone in the office which type of toilet we wanted and somehow that information didn't get transmitted to Luiz or Santiago.They just went back to the store to get the correct toliet. No big deal. I'm actually surprised how quick things were accomplished . I thought it would take two days but this was done in half a day. Tell's you how much I know. Daren's presence as a field supervisor was a nice touch. I learned a lot from him, he really didn't need to take time for, but he did. Job well done. Thank you.
Black Diamond/Any Hr HVAC Service was completed by 2 amazing Techs, Luiz and Joe!!! These 2 outstanding HVAC techs reorganized my system in my attic and added a few installation items to open up the airflow in my home. The improvement of this installation was pretty significant and i am so very grateful for their expertise and how they took their time to make sure that everything worked properly and perfectly!!! These 2 gentleman definitely know their craft!!! And i have to mention, Caleb another tech who advised me to consider this add on was pretty awesome to!!! And lastly, Garrett, their boss, was at my home as well making sure everything worked perfectly, and showed me how much he cared about this delicate project!!! Thank Ms. Mariah for all of your help m’am for sending me out OVER TOP PRO’s for this project! Last and definitely not least , Justin, another great tech came over Christmas Eve to adjust a few things on my HVAC!!! Everyone over at One Hr/Black Diamond is 100% dedicated to their craft!!!
