Tech Damon arrived on time, tested the electrical outlet in my storage room where I plugged my surge protector into. He confirmed the outlet was good and that my protector was faulty due to age which he replaced with a new protector. 2. He confirmed that my room heater was connected correctly into my bedroom wall outlet and not to a surge protector. 3. Since he was already here, he installed a dimmer in my bathroom.
