Angel and Javier were awesome! They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, hard working. They did an excellent job replacing an outdated electrical panel in our home. They both went above and beyond to get the job done the right way. They were very punctual, responsive and were glad to answer any questions I had. Angel was super professional, patient, and did an extremely thorough job diagnosing the issues. He clearly explained everything to me from the start of the job all the way to completion. Javier was professional, engaging, and courteous. He also has a great sense of humor. He arrived on time, quickly prepared the area to protect the floor, etc. and then began the process of removing and replacing/upgrading my home electrical panel.
Once the old panel was removed it was discovered that we needed to have some sheetrock added behind the panel. Also Javier had to enlarge the wall opening to accommodate the newer (larger) panel box. It took a little longer than expected but he got everything done, added some additional sheetrock, mudded and smoothed the plaster and cleaned up the area.
Afterwards he helped me to update my personal map I created of the old electrical panel circuit breakers. I now have a new map showing the circuit breaker #'s and what devices are on those circuits.
Dalcon Electric is superior and I am extremely pleased to recommend them to everyone.
