The first technician he sent, I'm surprised he was even certified, showed up at our home. Couldn't diagnose. A loose wire on a outlet box, then after a week of waiting and having to contact American home shield for them to follow-up again because they did not call back. The next technician came out, fix the problem that was fantastic. So I reach out to the owner of the company, Ron. To tell him that he has a good employee, and they did a good job for him to turn around 3 days later, to answer my very first text saying that they'll be sending a technician this week. It didn't make any sense. So I reached out to him. And told him he already has done the job. You have a great technician and had mentioned and that it was a good job for him to let go of the other guy. He immediately assumed that the technician was talking to me. But that's not how we found out we found out from the person in the office. Then he tried to tell me he was the person in the office. But the funny thing here, he was a she. This guy, though he may actually do good work. Has no concept of customer service follow-up? I cannot recommend them at all. And if you were issued these guys for your service work, I would recommend somebody else.Screenshots are available upon request ??
What a fantastic experience!! Larry came out and diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, he was done. He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person. We had barking dogs, and he told us he was good with them, so he started petting them to calm them down. I will definitely use them again!!!
Everything about this service visit was exceptional. From Tabitha’s timely response from initial request submission, to quickly scheduling the appointment and calling to give advanced notice of the technician’s arrival was spot on.Then the technician, continued with great service. Thomas was beyond helpful - very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional. I felt very reassured with all he did to ensure our home wiring was up to par.

TLC is TOP NOTCH! We incurred a Helene Strom electrical problem, so we called TLC. The problem was evaluated, cost estimated, & permit pulled the same day. The work was completed the next morning & we are back to normal. Now that's called, GETTING IT DONE!
