The quoting process was clear and fair, communication was prompt, and they arrived right on time for the install. The installation itself was done very cleanly and efficiently, and they even handled the city inspection afterward, which made things super easy for me. Nathan was very professional and pleasant to work with. We had our house rewired from knob and tube. We were prepared for a more unpleasant experience. However, the crew was very friendly and helpful which made the experience much less stressful. The work was done on time and with fewer holes in the wall than we thought might result. Everything works and we passed inspection with the building department. The final bill was as estimated even with a few extras that were done during the work. I would recommend NRG.
