Excellent workmanship at great prices, and more importantly, honest and straightforward. Dave and his team completed two projects at my home. Each one done expeditiously and the technicians were more than helpful as I asked if they could modify or make it better. Both jobs were upgrades to the current home. Highly recommend.

My family had a brand new chandelier that was purchased over a decade ago. For years, we tried finding an electrician that wouldn’t overcharge us because of the current chandelier hanging from a 20-25 foot ceiling. Finally, I was able to talk to Dave! I asked Dave for a rough quote and within seconds, he was able to provide one at a fair and reasonable price. Kyle, who was sent over with Jason, took their time to evaluate the situation, double checking all parts and accessories, and clearly explained the obstacles that they faced. Their professionalism and respect for our property was unmatched! They even brought 2 additional employees, Sebastian and Aiden, who together, replaced my old chandelier with the new one within a matter of minutes! We had David Electric come out for a major electrical issue, and they were honestly great to work with. The technicians were very professional and took the time to explain what they were seeing and what needed to be done, without rushing or talking over us. They found serious problems with our old panel and did an excellent job replacing it. Our house has a pretty complex setup with solar panels and whole-home battery backup, and they handled all of it confidently and cleanly. You can tell they really understand solar and backup systems, which made us feel a lot better about the work being done. The quality of the install is excellent, and everything was done neatly and correctly. I would absolutely recommend Dave’s Electric, especially if you have solar or whole-home batteries. They know what they’re doing and it shows.

I live in a home that was built in the 1950s, and although I’m not exactly sure when the electrical panel was last replaced, likely in the 70s or 80s, I knew it needed to be upgraded for today’s safety standards and technology. I did my research on Google and in local Santa Clarita Facebook groups, and all signs pointed to David Electric. When I called, I learned that David has an incredible team and is highly recommended throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. I spoke with several other companies as well, but David Electric provided a clear and reasonable quote right away. David explained exactly what needed to be done and made me feel confident in moving forward. When the team, Jeremy arrived for the initial visit, Jeremy explained the need for a “spot check” to ensure the panel location complied with updated code requirements. Although David and Jeremy expected it to be a quick request with Southern California Edison (SCE), we found out that SCE had changed their process and now required everything through an online portal. After multiple attempts on my end, I was getting nowhere. David stepped in and went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve the issue. Thanks to his persistence, SCE finally came out, completed the inspection, and confirmed that the panel location was acceptable. From there, we scheduled the upgrade to a new, safe, up-to-code breaker panel. Jeremy and Jorge (I liked to call them Double J) arrived right on time at 8:30 a.m., professional, prepared, and ready to work. They were kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and focused throughout the entire process. Even when Jeremy briefly needed to return to the shop for a part, Jorge continued working seamlessly. I had a million questions, and they patiently answered every single one with expert knowledge and zero hesitation. That level of professionalism and customer care truly stood out. I am not typically someone who leaves reviews, but Jeremy and Jorge absolutely deserve recognition. They are an incredible asset to David’s team. I had a pretty unique/large chandelier to be installed 20+ feet in our entryway, David organized and planned his crew to come out very quick. They were recommended to me by a handful of people. Jeremy and Jorge were the ones that mounted the art piece and put in the work! They were very honest with the install and pricing before hand. They were very professional and completed a very time consuming project (over 400+ crystals were hung)t They were patient and communicated well through the whole process. They respectfully cleaned up their job site.and also were very friendly. I would highly recommend their service, especially for unique projects!
