The Nu-Trend team was the most professional and helpful installation/home improvement companies I've worked with.Not only was the install great (Junior, and Joseph), but the sales rep (Paul) worked so hard, he scheduled an in-person meeting with the county representatives to educate them on how the load management system works at the county building.I want to emphasize that again for those how might have simply read past that. The man LITERALLY WENT TO THE COUNTY TO SPEAK WITH COUNTY INSPECTORS to get this done. Tell me one sales rep you've worked with in the past who has literally lobbied on your behalf IN PERSON with local government officials to ensure that you don't have to pay extra to buy a 200 amp service or something equivalent?! He had every opportunity to charge me thousands more for something I didn't need (when I was shopping around, other companies did exactly this), and he chose to save me money and do what's right.The end result was a really nice level 2 ev charger, and an additional outlet installed in my garage. Not to mention, the education that took place with the county representatives, has now set precedent in unincorporated DuPage County areas with my particular brand and kind of ev installer and load management system, so that they now know the details and have approved a permit/install of this before.Without question, I would trust, nay, suggest Nu-Trend, Paul and team specifically, for any service that they offer that you are in need of.
Have nothing but great things to say about Nu-Trend. I called them to install a home EV charger and Paul was patient and helpful in advising of the options as well as fully handling all the Comed rebate steps for me. I later had an electric emergency and Paul and Ruben acted quickly to diagnose the issue and recommend the appropriate services at a very reasonable price and got the work done quickly with quality work. Paul was very good and responsive regarding my EV charger installation project. He provided me with different options as my circuit breaker was maxed out. I would recommend Nu-trend.Also I would like to recognize Alberto Nava who installed the subpanel and the EV charger installation project. He was very professional, organized and responsive. Alberto completed the installation within one day, helped me setup the charger on my app, etc. He is hardworking and very professional. You want to request him for any of your projects.
I had a great experience with Nu-Trend EV and Electrical Services. Alberto and Joe handled a challenging EV charger installation in my garage, running the electrical from the opposite side of the house. I knew it wouldn't be simple, but they were up for the task and completed the work efficiently. They were professional, clean, and meticulous. They also communicated clearly every step of the way, explaining their plan and answering all of my questions. I definitely recommend them for any electrical work.
