John Bales and his partner Christian came to the house to install 2 new floodlights with motion detection. That night each light would come on for 5 seconds and go off for 5 seconds in an endless loop. The part of the sensor that detects daylight was pointing to the actual light. I called for a corrective visit and they returned the next day and repositioned the sensor so that the light does not shine on it. John is a nice guy. Easy to work with.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the cost (not John’s responsibility). It was $280 for about an hour’s worth of work on the day of the original installation. That may be normal in this market but it sure seems like a lot for a simple job where all the wiring to power was already in place.

Zellnor provided us with a ‘turn-key’ operation complete with plumbing our propane connection, for a finished product. We’re very happy with the entire project. We received instructions and assistance with the app to monitor the generator’s status, and Zellnor is going to monitor it for us for the coming year. Great experience. Highly recommend.
