My partner and I are very happy with Metro Electric's service. Asked around for quotes, and decided to go with them for many reasons, from Chris' patience in answering any questions I had, to coordinating with Evergy to verify full scope of work before providing the quote. Ben did an amazing job, installing lighting, clarifying different options of runs, and checking with us our preference. Ben left the areas of work clean - like he was never there. Lisa in the office is patient, kind, and kept us posted on updates. Price was fair given the amount of work, we understood the scope wouldn't change since Chris had already checked with Evergy prior to our quote. If you are looking for a reputable electrical company, I'd recommend Metro Electric.

The electrician, (Jared), arrived as scheduled and did a terrific job without delays or wasted time and was equally polite and courteous. Price was fair given the profession and comfort of knowing it was completed by a trained and experienced electrician and would be safe to use. Life savers! I called a couple of electricians before reaching out to Metro. When I called and explained the issue, the kind lady on the other end of the phone gave me a couple of troubleshooting tips. When that did not work, she scheduled a technician for the very next morning. Jake texted about 30 minutes before his arrival. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He figured out the problem and had it resolved in under two hours. I highly recommend them!

Metro Electric was very accommodating and prompt with service. We were in major need of a panel replacement and Lisa in the office worked quickly to get us an estimate and service scheduled within just a few days. The work that was done was very clean and professional and the installer made sure the area he was working in was left clean and tidy. Very pleased with this company, will definitely use again for electrical needs.

I love this company. When you move into a house where you carry the lamp from room to room because there is no light, you call Metro Electric. I have attached before and after pictures of my incredible transformation. I went from no light in the living room and bedroom to a ceiling fan with a light. To my surprise they came with a remote. The owner, Kevin Stone, picked out my light fixtures. What great taste. The yellow office had a fixture that hung from the ceiling, not it also has a ceiling fan with light and a remote. Now I can get down to business in comfort. the bathroom pictures show a bathroom in construction. The bathroom had fixtures, the wiring was not up to code and so dim, once again too dark for me. I was called to tell me when the electrician was coming, the electrician called to tell me on his way, they are courteous and professional. I cannot give them a high enough recommendation. They will be back for all my electrical needs. I recommend them to anybody who asks about electrical issues.
