The phone service was unpleasant, the responses were curt, and they didn't want to help. I had an urgent problem with my hot tub, which was at risk of freezing, and the woman on the phone thought it was ridiculous for me to ask if there was any availability for same-day emergency service. I'm clearly not the only one who might need this kind of service. Perhaps the electricians are good, but their customer service is a 0/10.
I had to have the invoice double-checked since it included the electricians' lunch break time. They told me it was normal to charge for this time after I asked them. Good overall work, but I wasn't told that there would be an apprentice in addition to the journeyman to move an outlet, a switch, and a thermostat for a total of over 5 hours between the two of them.
Very accommodating and friendly staff.Their technician was also very helpful and willing to go above and beyond.Will definitely reach out again for future repairs and projects.
