Great communicators in an age of vanishing accountability!For my hot tub subpanel installation, owner Steve Kopta was not only quick to respond, but asked for just the right details in order to create a contract.It's so nice to step into a project with clear expectations. When a misprint from the hot tub company required a pivot in their installation plans, Steve and his team adjusted graciously, despite the inconvenience to them. Their work was aesthetic, clean, totally pro. They were polite and unharried. The presence was total, not like some contractors whom you feel are rushing through to get to the next job. I recommend them without hesitation.

Steve & Josh provided excellent service to quickly resolve an intermittent but persistent GFI overload problem for us. They were fantastic at diagnosing what was going on, explaining the solution and then efficiently performing repairs with both professionalism and confidence. Pacific Peak has a well organized website with an easy-to-use online tool to contact them, and we were very impressed with how quickly they responded and got us on their schedule. I would not hesitate for a second to contact them for future electrical work or recommend them to friends and family! On top of our delight at getting things fixed, we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was. Really quality care!

He's a great communicator and got me the quote when he said he would and the price was great compared to other options out there.
