He came out to inspect our panel for safety as well as provide an estimate to possibly upgrade our panel and service, based on some new power needs we were looking into for our home. Neal was BEYOND my expectations. From the moment he contacted me in a text that he was on the way (arrived exactly on time for the appointment) until driving away at the end of the job…..he did nothing but AMAZE me. Neal is absolutely the best contractor, in any profession, that has EVER worked for me in all of the years that I have owned homes (48 years).He is knowledgeable, efficient, careful with the customer’s property, works quickly, and is very personable. He bounced things off of me as to the way that I wanted things arranged for the best finished product (he was installing a transfer switch for several circuits in our home to be operated by an emergency generator system).Neal has 20 years in the industry and knows EXACTLY what he is doing. He is also a one-man-show. When you hire him…..you get him. Not some wannabe, helper, apprentice, employee.He gave me a bid in a text after I sent him pictures of the side of my home with the electric panel opened up. He is very easy to do business with. I absolutely cannot express what a positive experience it was to do business with him. If you are looking for a REAL, LICENSED, PROFESSIONAL, ELECTRICIAN…..look no further. While we are not sure of the best way to let everyone know the quality of the work that Neal does through Santino Electric, we do know that he does the best work! He is a friendly professional that goes the extra step to complete a job expertly. Our job surprised us and Neal with a few unexpected issues that were not apparent when we scoped out the work. Other contractors were involved that left unfinished issues that Neal had to work around. He was creative in his solutions, got the job done with effectively solid workable solutions, found ways to make the work look clean without cluttering the appearance and, given that the task was a two backyard louvered overhead patio roofings project, exposed to the entire yard view, his suggestions to us, made on the fly, showed insight and were successful in completely meeting the needs. A job well done and appreciated. We heartily recommend Neal and Santino Electric.
