The best service call I only needed a light replaces but it turn out the he fix the problem. Then aaked if he could look into the power system explain in detail, open it up.Looked at it showed me what was wrong.What did it be change to be up to cold and gave me four estimates. First time using this company, would definitely recommend! We had a weird situation at our house with lights that weren’t working but the outlets were hot and Anthony came out took the time to properly diagnose a complicated set up with old wiring. He was super personable and professional. I appreciated the speed and cleanliness of the work.I also appreciated they were able to get me in on short noticed. Fully satisfied with the experience.
Updated rating: while the repairs were good they were not worth the cost. I did not know a lot about electrical and HES took advantage of that, how do I know? Our insurance company sent out another electrician to look over the work and he estimated the repair costs at less than HALF of what HES charged us. We are now out $10k+. Anyways, we got the card of the other electrician, we recommend Gaffney Electric since it's hard to find trustworthy folks that aren't trying to rob you during a recession.Important note, High Energy DOES NOT give you an itemized receipt which will cause your insurance suspicion and they in turn will not pay full coverage. We spent about 2 months listening to high energy and our insurance company point fingers at each other as to why things weren't moving along only to find out high energy overcharged us. Don't waste your money here, we are severly disappointed in them and ourselves for trusting.Original review: When a tree fell on our power line and left us without power on a Sunday morning, they were the only ones who answered the phone and came as immediately as they could without charging an insane fee (one company said to come look at it we had to pay $400).Anthony was the one who showed up and walked myself and my partner what he was seeing. Effectively, our power box was ripped out of the side of the house because it was not properly mounted by the previous owners. This tore and messed up a lot of wiring within our breaker box. I included a picture of scorch marks found within the box (not included were burn marks around the old panel). He said we were lucky nothing caught fire even without the tree falling on our wire.
