Infinite electric was awesome to deal with but more so than that, Don was the best tradesman I’ve ever had help me. He was super knowledgeable, figured out my problem within 5 minutes, and had it fixed within 10, all while explaining the issue/how it was fixed and holding a good conversation. I can’t recommend Don and infinite electric enough.

Infinite Electric was the only company out of 5 that I called to actually call me back and send Don out who did the estimate, and then after I accepted, they got me on the schedule in a only about a week. They replaced my entire 1967 electrical panel which had no cover and they upgraded and added some circuits as well as added surge protection and updated grounding/bonding wires. They showed up EXACTLY when they said and didn’t stop working until they were finished. They also added an outdoor 50 amp receptacle for my generator and they installed a regular 120 volt outdoor receptacle beside that. They scheduled the main power company and inspector in an efficient manner so there was no lag or delays in the work. Needles to say it passed inspection easily. Oh, and they updated my water heater wiring. If I could give them a higher rating I would. They deserve the 5 star ratings because they’re that good and reliable.
Needed to have old shop lights and hard wire replaced. Called around and Infinite Electric was only one to respond. Other companies, to small of a job as if I was wasting their time attitude! Rob was sent out within 2 days to give me an estimate. Rob had excellent cost-effective ideas when I mentioned newer LED lights. Had the old fashion bulb shop lights. Rob showed me his suggestion at Home Depot, excellent! I ordered what I needed and called to schedule an appt to install. From start to finish, what wonderful Company and people that took care of my needs! Rachelle, Rob & Sierra were excellent all the way thru. Josh was the installer, and man on man, talk about a professional. Knew his stuff, was friendly, efficient and did an excellent install. Went the extra mile to do things right. Infinite Electric will be the Company we will use in the future. Fair priced, professional and Gold Star Customer Service. I even received a friendly follow-up call from Rachelle after the job!
